Penn State Altoona students with current ID ride all AMTRAN buses for free!

The Blue & White Loops run Monday through Friday from Penn State Altoona to off-campus housing areas as well as serving McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, and Sheetz on 25th Avenue .

The Downtown Loop runs Monday through Friday and connects Penn State Altoona to the Devorris Downtown Center, Martin's Supermarket and off-campus housing along Broadway every every 30 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and every 60 minutes from 3:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Fairview route runs Monday through Saturday and connects Penn State Altoona to the Devorris Downtown Center and the rest of the bus system every 60 minutes from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

That's right -- with your Penn State Altoona Student ID, you can ride the entire AMTRAN system - anytime, anwhere -- FOR FREE!

Campus Loops do not run on Saturday or Sunday.  The Fairview route runs Saturday but not Sunday.
No bus service on Sundays and on the following holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Spring 2010
Fairview bus runs Monday through Saturday with no interruptions for Christmas or Spring break.
Monday, January 11 - Loop service begins.
March 8-12 - Spring Break - no Loop service.
Thursday, May 6 - Loop service ends.
