How can I get route and schedule information?
You can find all AMTRAN route and schedule information by clicking here. Route and schedule brochures are available on every AMTRAN bus or you can just call us at 944-4074, 5:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
How do I ride for free?
If you are over 65 years of age, simply show your Senior Transit ID Card to your friendly AMTRAN driver as you board the bus. You can ride free all day, every day.
How can I get a Senior Transit ID Card?
By Mail: Please call AMTRAN at 944-4074 and we will send you an application. Fill out the application and return it to us along with a photocopy of your proof of age (must be 65 or older). We'll send you the Transit ID Card by return mail.
In Person: Bring your proof of age to the AMTRAN offices during regular office hours (M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). We will complete the application for you and give you your Transit ID Card right away.
What if I use a wheelchair or other mobility device?AMTRAN's buses are ramp or lift-equipped to make them accessible to people who use a wheelchair, walker, cane, or other mobility aid. They also "kneel" to make that first step a little easier.
